  "I just wanted to write to thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful holiday home. We have gone away for New Year for the last few years with the same group of friends, and I have to say this is the first time that anyone has suggested that we rent the same place for next year - it really is super!!! It is a wonderful place that the pictures and description do not do justice to - we had the most fabulous time!"

  What an amazing week we had in July. The house setting is stunning with magnificent views over Mawgan Porth beach. We stayed for a week to celebrate our sons graduation at Falmouth University and could not have chosen a more beautiful setting. The house is comfortable with plenty of space for a large group. The outside decking, loungers and hot tub were well used by our group and the dog enjoyed the large garden area. The house offers seclusion as well as easy access to the beach which was ideal when carrying boards and equipment down to the beach. Due to the amazing weather, we were able to sit every evening and enjoy a barbecue or meal outside, a real treat. Thank you to Cornwall Cottages for making our stay such a pleasure and to the owner for allowing us to share their beautiful home.

  Blue Seas was the perfect place to reunite with family after such a long time. Every bedroom was comfortable, bath and showers worked brilliantly (not always so in holiday lets), the position of the house was just beyond our imagining and every creature comfort was on hand. The only reason for a '4' for cleanliness was that the floors weren't v well hoovered but this is a minuscule point compared to the perfection of the venue.

  After booking nearly two years ago we were fortunate enough to finally arrive here last month. The location is perfect for the beach and and a haven away from the crowds. The accomodation is very spacious and flexible for a family of all ages. It is tastefully decorated but homely and relaxing. We would definitely come again.

  We stayed for a week at Blue Seas and the day we arrived we felt completely at home. The location was so stunning ,we decided we wanted to move there! The views and sound of the sea were beautiful and so relaxing, just what we needed after the madness of the past year. We were very lucky with the weather and spent a fair bit of time when at the property outside, absorbing the views, and the chilled ambience. The beach which is less then 5 minutes walk away was amazing, when the tide is out the sand goes on forever. Cleanliness, facilities, fixtures and fittings all spot on. Writing this is making me want to be back there Nowhere! We will definitely be back before too long.

  "Our family ( 2 adults and three girls - 9,4&4) stayed at Blue Seas at the end of Aug beginning of Sept 2014. Its very comfortable, very nicely furnished and has everything for a fab family holiday. Its only a 2 min downhill walk to the beach and has restaurants and a provisions shop within walking distance. The Bedruthan Hotel is just above the house and has a great family restaurant, a grown ups restaurant and some great activities for the kids too including a zipwire which all the kids loved. In case of wet weather you can also pay to use the hotel facilities such as pools/spa. The beach is amazing and has some lovely rockpools at lowtide that the kids loved. The surf is great fun and if you haven't had a go at body-boarding then its a must. Great fun! The sea was surprisingly warm. Honestly. We have all fallen in love with the house and Mawgan Porth and are definitely booking again for next summer."

  "We really enjoyed our week at Blue Seas and would like to go back again next year. We wanted a great house for our family holiday within walking distance to a good sandy beach,and good views if possible. The house, large garden and location all exceeded our expectations. Our teenage daughters aged 12, 15 and 18 were all very happy to be in such a great spot. They enjoyed body boarding and were happy to potter down to the beach and back (which was manned by lifeguards). The coastal walks, with fabulous views were on our doorstep and Padstow was just a few miles away…. I think Blue Seas is truly exceptional."

  "Fabulous place to unwind. Great views over Mawgan Porth bay, watching the tide go in and out from the terrace is mesmerising. Short walk to the beach, which is great for surfing or just people watching. Lovely walks over the cliffs. The cottage is spacious yet cosy, and very quiet. I am sure many happy memories will be made by friends and families sitting round the dining table or barbequing on the terrace. Wonderful place."
